A lovely villa set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Benalmádena Pueblo. The numerous bars and restaurants in the pueblo are only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk uphill (800 metres).

The villa has a spacious garden with a good size pool between approx 1.3m and 2m deep. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. There are 6 sunbeds supplied as well as various garden furniture and a shaded seating area on a terrace which opens out from the lounge through patio doors.

The villa is light and airy, with a large upstairs terrace which leads from both of the double bedrooms. The modern fully fitted kitchen is spacious and has been recently completely refurbished.
