5 In dependant Cottages in a Rural Setting 1, 2 or 3 Bedrooms Shared Pool Los Rurales offers independent houses in a countryside setting close to the centre of Benalmadena Pueblo. This private estate offers a quiet and relaxing venue with 10.000 sq mts. of natural land and panoramic mountain and sea views. Different corners of the garden give out a variety of light and colour; 50 years old pine trees, an orange grove, and clusters of palm trees that surround a good size swimming pool in the centre of the property. Five miniature Fallabella horses from Argentina roam freely in the property, as well as a couple of dogs, a donkey, and a pig! Los Rurales is only a short walk into the centre of Benalmádena pueblo. From the accommodation it is a 5 minute walk up the private drive, and from the driveway entrance only 2 minutes walk into the village centre. Each in dependant house has lounge with chimney, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms are equipped with television and mini-bar. They are spacious rooms, and there are communal washing machines. The Properties are traditional rustic spanish country houses with bags of charm. |

La Cabaña A house of 140m2 which is ideal for 4 or 6 people. Situated next to the swimming pool, and surrounded by lawn, palm trees and flowers, in a lovely relaxing setting with panoramic sea views.

La Suite An annex to La Cabaña with views of walnut trees and flowers in the garden. Situated next to the pool, this accommodation has a room of 40m2 with a spacious bathroom and American kitchen.

El Rincon Set in the shade of large pine trees, El Rincon is internally decorated with traditional stone and wood. In a quiet setting, with private terrace. The house is set underneath 'el atico'. It has 60m2, and has a double bedroom.

La Casita Situated at the farthest end of the plot La Casita is set in a peaceful corner or nature. The private garden has pine trees, cacti, olive and fruit trees. The house is 100m2 in size.

El Atico An Andalucian style tower to the main house, with the entrance via a spiral staircase from the Andalucian patio. This spacious accommodation is totally private and comprises of 90m2 including double bedroom, full bathroom, lounge diner, fully equipped kitchen, and sunny terrace. It is situated next to the owners accommodation, amongst palm trees and orange trees, and next to a 50 year old pine tree. A Quiet relaxing location.

All rentals to be paid in euros. Prices include initial supply of linen and towels (not beach towels), cleaning of apartment at end of stay, and water and electricity. Extra charges are applied for extra linen required, and additional cleaning. A returnable deposit against breakages/damage of 300 euros/200 GBP is required. |
