All rentals to be paid in euros.  Prices include initial supply of linen and towels (not beach towels), cleaning of apartment at end of stay, and water and electricity.  Extra charges are applied for extra linen required, and additional cleaning.

To reserve the apartment a 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
