| The villa is overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Fuengirola and the mountains of Mijas, the view is breathtaking. Car hire is recommended but there is a bus stop within walking distance. The villa is built on three levels, bedrooms / bathroom on the higher level. Kitchen, living / dining room, bathroom, terrace, bbq mid level. Swimming pool area lower level.
Buena Vista is a semi-detached villa and is very peaceful and private! This villa is ideal for families! It is surrounded by countryside if you fancy a walk, with pretty flowers and wild life. Outside is the south facing terrace, with built in BBQ, an ideal private area for sunbathing and enjoying an evening BBQ. There is a retractable cover if some shade is needed. Down to the lower level there's the swimming pool, pool shower and a small bathroom. Each level is enclosed with a gate at the stairs, so small children cannot wander too far.
There are many patio areas for sunbathing all south facing. A walled off separate garden with fruit trees. Including lemons for your gin & tonics! There is a built in BBQ area with stunning views and a retractable shade. Outdoor furniture, sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas. There is a private swimming pool 3.5 x 5.5m. There is also an outside shower next to the pool.
The Villa is unique as it has a countryside feel, stunning coastal and mountain views but is only a few minutes drive to the beautiful villages of Mijas Pueblo and Benalmadena Pueblo. These are 2 of the best villages on the Costa del Sol with a relaxed atmosphere. They have some wonderful tapas bars, fish mongers, bakeries, butchers, bars, restaurants, cafes, internet access, banks, supermarkets. It is a delight to wander through the narrow, whitewashed cobble streets and enjoy the display of typical Andalucian flowers and plant pots.
