It's only a question of discussing your requirements with us to prepare a personal maintenance package. We make regular contact with our clients and can provide a monthly report on your property. We value the trust our clients place in our service and thank you for considering Pueblo Holidays to look after your home.

Advertising your Property on our Website
We can also advertise your property on our website. We take a 15% commission on bookings which includes: Key Holding, Meet & Greet, Watering Plants, Basic General Maintenance, Post box check and Information Packs. Extra is charged for Laundry and Cleaning services.

Laundry Charges:
We pick up sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea-towels. They will be washed, pressed and delivered. Approximate prices are from 15€ for a one bedroomed apt then 10€ extra for added bedrooms including towels.

Key Holding
It is essential for us to hold four sets of keys to your property. These will be coded and kept in a locked store cupboard. We request that Pueblo Holidays is the sole key holder to your property. If you arrange any maintenance work direct with a contractor, we would require written (email) authorisation to pass the key to your property onto a third party.
We will carry out a fortnightly check on your property, including:

Visual inspection of Exterior and Interior
Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing
Airing of Property
Test all appliances and electrical equipment
Examine furnishings for wear and tear
Security checks of doors, windows and shutters
Water House Plants
Monthly report by Email

If there is an immediate problem we will take appropriate steps to try and resolve it and you will be contacted as soon as possible. Any minor problems will be reported to you and we will await your instructions. Repairs or replacements will be charged for at cost.

Feel free to contact us to arrange a personal home care package. Prices start at 100€ per annum for just Key Holding to the full package for 400€ per annum.

For guests just requiring management services there is an additional charge of 30€ for each 'meet and great'.
